{"id":21387,"date":"2025-12-05T08:54:47","date_gmt":"2025-12-05T07:54:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/silla.industries\/docs\/wi-fi-di-prism-non-visibile-che-fare\/"},"modified":"2025-12-05T08:54:47","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T07:54:47","password":"","slug":"wi-fi-di-prism-non-visibile-che-fare","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/silla.industries\/en\/docs\/wi-fi-di-prism-non-visibile-che-fare\/","title":{"rendered":"What should I do if the Prism WiFi network is no longer visible?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Prism&#8217;s Wi-Fi is no longer visible, <strong>turn<\/strong> Prism <strong>off and on again<\/strong> via the upstream switch that powers Prism.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the problem persists, the only way forward is to perform the <strong>reset procedure<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure there are no vehicles in charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off Prism from the circuit breaker upstream of the power line and wait at least 10 seconds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn Prism back on and wait 1 minute<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press and hold the Prism touch button until all LEDs turn purple (use the left button for the Duo version)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Release the touch button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Settings are restored<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the device is reset, Prism&#8217;s WiFi will reappear within a couple of minutes and you can perform the <a href=\"https:\/\/silla.industries\/en\/docs\/prism-howto-configurazione-guidata\/\"><strong>configuration wizard<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If Prism&#8217;s Wi-Fi is no longer visible, turn Prism off and on again via the upstream switch that powers Prism.
