A<\/span>ll Silla products are covered by a <\/span>2-year legal warranty. With the <\/span>Warranty Extension, you can extend this <\/span>coverage by an additional 12, 24, or 36 <\/span>months, reaching up to 5 years of total <\/span>protection on your wallbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A wallbox <\/span>is a long-lasting installation that <\/span>works every day, often outdoors, under <\/span>all kinds of conditions. Having <\/span>extended coverage means not having to <\/span>face unexpected repair or replacement <\/span>costs during a period when EV <\/span>technology is still evolving rapidly.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

W<\/span>hat the extension covers: Coverage is <\/span>the same as the standard warranty \u2014 <\/span>repair or replacement of the product in <\/span>the event of manufacturing or material <\/span>defects, under the same exclusion <\/span>conditions set out in the terms of sale <\/span>(it doesn’t cover damage from improper <\/span>use, non-compliant installation, or <\/span>external events).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Please note: it must <\/span>be purchased together with the wallbox. <\/span>The warranty extension is only valid if <\/span>purchased at the same time as a Prism <\/span>range product (any variant) or Homer, <\/span>in the same order.
