Quelles sont les exigences de la loi pour une installation conforme ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;<strong>installation d&rsquo;une wallbox ou d&rsquo;une station de recharge pour voitures \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 monter un appareil et \u00e0 le raccorder au r\u00e9seau. <strong>Chaque installation doit \u00eatre conforme aux exigences de la norme CEI 64-8<\/strong>, qui est la <strong>r\u00e9f\u00e9rence officielle pour la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;installations \u00e9lectriques dans les r\u00e8gles de l&rsquo;art<\/strong>, telle qu&rsquo;\u00e9tablie par la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tussl.it\/glossario\/regola-dell-arte#:~:text=Legge%201%C2%BA%20marzo%201968%20n,a%20regola%20d&#039;arte%22.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la loi 186\/68<\/a><\/strong> et par le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bosettiegatti.eu\/info\/norme\/statali\/2008_0037.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DM 37\/08<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La section de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est la <strong>CEI 64-8\/7 - Section 722<\/strong>, mise \u00e0 jour avec la <strong>variante V4<\/strong>, qui d\u00e9finit les exigences pour les circuits d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;alimentation des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;en se conformant \u00e0 ces r\u00e9glementations que la <strong>s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux avantages fiscaux<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre garantis.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"Installation de la bo&#xEE;te murale CEI 64-8\" class=\"wp-image-22021\" srcset=\"https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-360x239.jpg 360w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-1200x798.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox-1320x878.jpg 1320w, https:\/\/silla.industries\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/normativa-cei-64-8-installazione-wallbox.jpg 1400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dimensionnement et n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une ligne \u00e9lectrique d\u00e9di\u00e9e pour chaque borne de recharge wallbox<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La norme exige que <strong>la ligne soit dimensionn\u00e9e selon<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>la puissance nominale de la wallbox<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>distance<\/strong> du tableau de distribution ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la <strong>m\u00e9thode de pose des c\u00e2bles<\/strong> (expos\u00e9s, encastr\u00e9s, souterrains).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque borne de recharge doit disposer d&rsquo;une <strong>ligne \u00e9lectrique exclusive<\/strong>, s\u00e9par\u00e9e des autres circuits de la maison. La ligne d\u00e9di\u00e9e r\u00e9duit les chutes de tension et les risques de surchauffe, garantissant <strong>une recharge plus stable et plus s\u00fbre<\/strong>, en particulier pour les syst\u00e8mes de grande puissance. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Protections obligatoires pour les stations de recharge  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chaque syst\u00e8me de charge doit \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre les surcharges, les courts-circuits et les fuites de courant<\/strong>. Pour ce faire, la norme exige <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>disjoncteur magn\u00e9tothermique<\/strong>, pour la protection contre les surintensit\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>disjoncteur diff\u00e9rentiel<\/strong>, pour la protection contre les contacts indirects ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>d\u00e9tection des fuites de courant continu<\/strong>, au moyen d&rsquo;un RCD de <em>type B<\/em> ou d&rsquo;une combinaison <em>type A + RDC-DD<\/em> conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme <em>CEI 62955<\/em>. Lors de l&rsquo;installation, <strong>la valeur de la r\u00e9sistance de terre doit \u00eatre<\/strong> <strong>v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e et certifi\u00e9e<\/strong>.<br\/>Une mise \u00e0 la terre inad\u00e9quate compromet la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;installation et peut invalider la <strong>d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 (Di.Co.)<\/strong> et la couverture d&rsquo;assurance. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dispositif de d\u00e9connexion  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour permettre une intervention rapide et s\u00fbre, et \u00e9viter les coupures involontaires de l&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;installation domestique <strong>, chaque ligne d&rsquo;alimentation de la wallbox doit \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dispositif de d\u00e9connexion.<\/strong> Ce dispositif permet d&rsquo;isoler physiquement le circuit en cas de panne ou d&rsquo;entretien. L&#8217;emplacement doit \u00eatre <strong>facilement accessible et clairement identifi\u00e9<\/strong>, comme l&rsquo;exige la <strong><strong>norme CEI 64-8\/4<\/strong>, art. 473.2.1.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 (Di.Co.)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 la fin de l&rsquo;installation, l&rsquo;entreprise ou le technicien qualifi\u00e9 doit d\u00e9livrer la <strong>d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 (Di.Co.)<\/strong>, un document obligatoire en vertu du <strong>d\u00e9cret minist\u00e9riel 37\/08.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Di.Co. atteste que l&rsquo;usine <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle de l&rsquo;art ;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>r\u00e9pond aux exigences des normes IEC 64-8 et IEC EN 61851-1<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>peut pr\u00e9tendre \u00e0 des<\/strong> <strong>primes et \u00e0 des d\u00e9ductions fiscales.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une usine sans Di.Co. n&rsquo;est pas conforme et <\/strong>  peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme <strong>non assurables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce qui n&rsquo;est pas conforme \u00e0 la norme IEC 64-8<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les non-conformit\u00e9s sont encore tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandues, en particulier dans les installations \"bricol\u00e9es\" ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sans v\u00e9rification de la conception. Les cas les plus fr\u00e9quents sont les suivants : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bo\u00eetes murales connect\u00e9es \u00e0 des prises non d\u00e9di\u00e9es existantes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les c\u00e2bles dont la section est insuffisante par rapport \u00e0 la puissance ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protection absente ou inad\u00e9quate (d\u00e9faut de d\u00e9tection du courant continu) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mise \u00e0 la terre non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e ou avec des valeurs non standard ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;absence de <em>d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment installer une wallbox selon la norme IEC 64-8 ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>section 722<\/strong> de la norme stipule que <strong>la recharge des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques doit se faire sur un circuit d\u00e9di\u00e9 et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 conforme \u00e0 la<\/strong> <strong>norme EN 61851-1<\/strong>.
