Padua, April 27, 2022 – Silla Industries, the Padua-based e-mobility start-up, has chosen an international stage to present for the first time to the public the revolutionary solution conceived, designed and developed to respond to one of the most heartfelt challenges of evolved mobility: two-way charging of electric cars.
The groundbreaking innovation, which was already anticipated in Rome last fall in the planning stage, has now become reality: thanks to its innovative technical features, Energy Hub 149 precedes trends in mechanical engineering of cars and offers a complete, state-of-the-art solution to manage a home’s consumption and communications in a single center, incorporating multiple functions in a single smart tech device. In fact, it functions as a solar inverter, storage system, smart electric car charger with type 2 connector, ups to ensure grid resilience even in the event of sudden disconnection or blackout, and modem router to connect the whole house to the Internet.
Energy Hub 149 will make its official debut at Power2Drive, a leading exhibition event in the field of electric mobility and charging infrastructure to be held in Munich May 11-13. A few days later, it will return to Italy for the Klimahouse 2022 exhibition, which will welcome thousands of guests to Bolzano from May 18 to 21.

Alongside Energy Hub 149, Silla will offer the opportunity to take a closer look at the innovative features of the entire Prism range, which includes the flagship product Prism Solar, the smart charging station that offers the possibility to recharge the car using only the solar energy produced in excess by the photovoltaic system, to manage the energy consumption of the home system by preventing the meter from overcharging, and to communicate with the user via dedicated app. Prism will also be present in its Basic version, where, especially in a context like Klimahouse, it will assume even more relevance as a valid answer to take advantage of the 110% Superbonus incentives in the case of installation either in exclusive domestic contexts (single house) or accessible to multiple users, such as condominium garages.
