Released in record time the implementing decrees that go to regulate the procedures for accessing the Agrisolare 2023 park call, while still awaiting (a year later) measures to support the purchase and installation of home charging points.
The measure, whose generous intervention moves from PNRR resources, allocates 1 billion euros for the construction of photovoltaic systems on buildings for productive use in the agricultural, livestock and agro-industrial sectors.
Incentives, which vary depending on the intervention and the type of applicant company, will be disbursed as non-repayable grants of up to 80 percent on the expenditure made on the implementation of new solutions.

Not “only” solar. In fact, the operating regulations, stipulate that in addition to the amount due for the construction of the photovoltaic system, it is possible to apply for a contribution, up to an eligible expenditure limit of 1,000 €/kWh, for the costs of purchasing and installing electricity storage systems.
The announcement also supports the installation of charging devices for sustainable mobility. In this case, “a total expenditure up to a maximum limit eligible amount of thirty thousand euros.”
Expenditure limits and how to submit applications
With the issuance of the implementing decrees, the Ministry of Agriculture also regulated the maximum total eligible expenditure per beneficiary entity. The latter may not exceed the amount of 2,330,000 euros.

Applications must be submitted using the online portal prepared by the GSE, which will be accessible from the Operator’s Customer Area from 12:00 noon on September 12 until 12:00 noon on October 12, 2023.
Please note, installations that gain access to the incentive must be built and tested by June 30, 2026.
