The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy has published the implementing directorial decrees of incentives for the purchase and installation of electric-powered vehicle charging systems dedicated to individuals and condominiums.
At this first stage, only individuals and condominiums (thus excluding businesses) who purchased and installed charging stations during the period from October 4 to December 31, 2022 (before then, the original decree was not in effect) can apply for the incentives.
The opening and closing deadlines for applications for installations made in 2023, on the other hand, will be announced in subsequent notices from the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. There is currently no indication as to the date of their publication.
Beware that applications for 2022 incentives must be submitted from October 19 to November 2, 2023, so the timeframe is quite tight.

p.s. it is presumable that the applications that will be submitted for the 2023 incentives will also be admitted according to the chronological order in which they are submitted, and that the contribution will be credited directly to the bank account indicated by the beneficiary in the application.
The financial envelope for 2023 is 40 million euros, which thus covers a considerable number of charging stations for domestic use and for condominiums.
