Information pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 679/2016
Silla srl (C.F. and P.IVA 04439570278) based in Padua, at Via dell’Artigianato 9 (henceforth also “Silla” or also “Holder”), in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, informs you that it has obtained from you data concerning you that are qualified as “personal” by EU Regulation 679/2016.
Such data will be subject to processing activities by Silla, in compliance with the aforementioned Regulation, Legislative Decree No. 196/2001 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101 of 2018 (hereinafter also for brevity the “Privacy Code”) and subsequent national implementing legislation.
With reference to these data we inform you of the following:

2) Your data is processed for the following purposes: (a) fulfillment of contractual obligations undertaken by Silla; (b) legal and tax compliance related to the execution of the contract; (c) advertising with respect to the services offered by Silla
3) Treatment is based, from a legal point of view: (a) on the legal regulations that impose legal and fiscal obligations on the Controller related to, or otherwise arising from, the conclusion of the contract; (b) on the contract concluded with you, in order to enable the Controller to properly execute the obligations arising therefrom; (c) on the legitimate interest in promoting its services to you; (d) on the consent you have given, with particular reference to the data concerning energy consumption recorded by your meter.
4) In connection with the purposes mentioned in point 2) of this information, the data may have among the possible recipients: a) credit institutions; b) tax, legal and social security consultants; c) Internal Revenue Service and social security agencies; d) companies that provide the Holder with services in the IT field (mail service providers, management software et similia); e) companies/companies operating in the field of credit recovery and factoring;
5) By signing this notice, you consent that the Data Controller, in the course of carrying out processing activities through the use of IT services (cloud computing, mail service providers, web hosting et similia), may also transfer personal data concerning you to countries outside the European Union, in respect of which the European Commission has issued an adequacy opinion regarding the level of protection of personal data.
6) Your data will be kept for the time necessary for the proper performance of the contractual obligations undertaken by Silla towards you, and in compliance with the retention times established by Italian law for tax documents. With specific reference to data related to energy consumption, such data will be kept for 12 months, for purposes of a purely diagnostic nature in relation to the product you purchased.
7) You have the right to request from the Data Controller, at the contact details provided in point 1) of this policy, the portability of your data, access to and rectification or deletion of your personal data or the restriction of the processing of your personal data, or to object to the processing of your personal data. However, the opposition or refusal to the processing of personal data necessary for the Controller in relation to the fulfillment of the contract and/or related legal, fiscal and social security obligations (such as: address, tax code, VAT number, e-mail), will result in the impossibility for Silla to establish, execute or otherwise maintain the contractual relationship.
8) You also have the right to revoke your consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before revocation.
9) You have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
10) The communication of your personal data, in relation to the purposes described in point 2 letters a) and b) is mandatory in nature, as it is necessary for the purposes of the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on Silla.
