What should I do if the Prism WiFi network is no longer visible?

If Prism’s Wi-Fi is no longer visible, turn Prism off and on again via the upstream switch that powers Prism.

If the problem persists, the only way forward is to perform the reset procedure:

1. Make sure there are no vehicles in charge
2. Turn off Prism from the circuit breaker upstream of the power line and wait at least 10 seconds
3. Turn Prism back on and wait 1 minute
4. Press and hold the Prism touch button until all LEDs turn purple (use the left button for the Duo version)
5. Release the touch button
6. Settings are restored
7. Once the device is reset, Prism’s WiFi will reappear within a couple of minutes and you can perform the configuration wizard.
