In this article we will elaborate on:

Incentives under the 80% Superbonus: tax credit andnon-repayable grant

The incentives under this legislation are of two types, tax credit and grant. Both come in support of the Tourism sector, which is known to be greatly affected by the crisis caused by the pandemic.

Tax credit

The incentive is disbursed as a tax credit of up to80 percent of eligible expenses for interventions carried out from 07/11/2021 to 12/31/2024 and for those initiated after Feb. 1, 2020 but not yet completed, provided the costs have been incurred since 07/11/2021. The accrued tax credit can be transferred to other entities, such as banks and financial institutions, and must be used by 2024.

Non-repayable grant

On the other hand, the non-repayable grant is provided for an amount not exceeding 50 percent of the costs for works carried out from Nov. 7, 2021, to Dec. 31, 2024, for a maximum amount of 40,000 euros.

How to access the 80% Superbonus?

Applications must be submitted electronically from noon on March 4, until 5 p.m. on April 4, by accessing the Invitalia website and filling in the required information.

Please note that the bonus will be awarded according to the chronological order of applications and within the maximum spending limit in relation to the allocated fund of 500 million euros.

Prism Solar is the perfect product in this case.

As we mentioned earlier among the eligible expenses in the 80% Superbonus are those related to the purchase and installation of charging columns for electric cars. Let’s imagine that you are the manager of the facility applying for the incentive, you have submitted the application as per the procedure and received a positive outcome, now a problem arises: which charging column is best for you to install? Prism Solar is the best choice, and now we explain why.

Cluster10 and Cluster50

The real fortune for the hospitality sector lies in the perfect synergy between the Cluster10 or 50 elements, the dedicated My.Silla App and the HoReCa service.

How many Prisms do you need in your facility? Cluster10 allows up to 10 Solar charging points without the need to purchase any additional products. Thanks to the Cluster50 solution, instead, you can install up to 50 charging points. In both cases by taking advantage of RFID technology and the use of cards your customers will be able to successfully activate the charging of their vehicles.

Through the My.Silla App, on the other hand, you will have access to a control panel that will allow you to monitor and manage all Prism Solar charging points from a single interface. Offering car recharging to your guests can lead to truly profitable consequences for managers who will upgrade their facilities to accommodate tomorrow’s travelers, but how can you effectively define the cost to be charged to each customer?

This question is answered by HoReCa service activation.

HoReCa Service

Essential for accommodations that will install, also thanks to these incentives, electric car charging points to offer their customers as an additional service, distinguishing themselves from the competition, the HoReCa service puts our uniqueness at the service of your competitiveness.

By supporting a very small subscription, in fact, you can:

  • set a price per kWh for electricity delivered to charge customers’ vehicles
  • record and evaluate every charging session, calculating the total kWh delivered and the price of individual sessions
  • assign each session to a customer (useful for B&Bs or hotels where visitors stay several days and use the charging service more than once)
  • group together several sessions for one customer, giving an overall total payable
  • print a non-tax receipt for the customer’s charging session(s) (subsequently issuing a normal receipt, tax receipt or invoice)
  • print a summary of charging sessions provided by Prism Solar

Take your facility a step forward and take advantage of the incentives provided by the 80% Superbonus. Silla Industries will be by your side to support your evolution by providing the technology you need for the future of your business.
