Custom Cover is Prism’s front cover customized with your company’s colors and logo. Not a paper print glued on, not a sticker: high-quality screen printing made with the same techniques as the original Silla covers, resistant to weathering and to the passage of time.
Why customize your wallbox
A charging station is a point of contact with your customers. When a guest at your hotel, a customer at your showroom, or an employee at your company charges their car, they see your logo. Custom Cover turns the wallbox into a brand communication element, consistent with your facility’s visual identity.
You can customize:

- The company logo (screen printed)
- Any additional text (web address, support email, facility name)

Note: Custom Cover is an aesthetic cover. It doesn’t change the wallbox’s functionality. It’s available in the standard version (without RFID, like Prism Basic) and in the Smart Cover version with integrated RFID, depending on the starting model.

What format do I need to provide the logo in?
The logo must be provided in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF) or as a high-resolution raster image (PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi or higher, sized appropriately for printing). If you’re unsure about your file’s format, contact the Silla team before placing your order: vendite@silla.industries
Can I choose any background color?
Yes, within the technical limits of screen printing. You need to specify the desired color using a Pantone, RAL, or RGB/HEX code. A print proof will be included for approval before final production.
How long does it take to receive a Custom Cover?
Production times are longer than for standard accessories, since each batch is custom-made. Contact the sales team for an up-to-date estimate based on the quantity ordered: vendite@silla.industries
Does the Custom Cover change the wallbox’s functionality?
No. The Custom Cover is purely an aesthetic element. It doesn’t change anything from an electrical or functional standpoint. The wallbox’s functionality depends on the model (Prism Basic vs. Prism Solar), not on the cover.
Can I order a single Custom Cover, or is there a minimum batch?
You can order even a single unit. The cost is €490. Customization is free for orders of at least 20 units of the same type; below this threshold, the cost includes the custom processing.
Can I use the Custom Cover to upgrade Prism Basic to Prism Solar?
No. The Custom Cover is purely aesthetic. To upgrade Prism Basic to Prism Solar with Smart functionality, you need the Smart Cover RFID (sold separately).

How to order a Custom Cover
Step 1: Prepare your files. Before placing your order, make sure you have:
- Your company logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-resolution image (PNG/TIFF at 300 dpi)
- The color code for the desired background (Pantone, RAL, or HEX)
- Any additional text (website, email, facility name) already finalized
Step 2: Add to cart and proceed to purchase. Select the desired quantity and complete the order. At checkout, enter the type of customization you want in the notes field, or leave it blank if you prefer to send us the files by email.
Step 3: Send the files to the Silla team. After placing your order, send the customization files to vendite@silla.industries, referencing your order number. The team will contact you to confirm the details.
Step 4: Approve the print proof. Before the cover goes into production, you’ll receive a digital print proof for approval. You can request changes before confirming.
Step 5: Receive your Custom Cover. Once the proof is approved, production begins. You’ll receive your Custom Cover within the agreed timeframe.
How to replace Prism’s front cover
The replacement is a simple mechanical operation:
- Unscrew the screws on the current front cover.
- Carefully remove the existing cover.
- Position the Custom Cover in its place.
- Tighten the fixing screws.
No electrical modifications or the presence of an electrician are required for this operation. The wallbox’s functionality remains unchanged.

Delivery
Shipping is always free throughout the national Italian territory for orders over €50.
Once your order is confirmed, the courier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time slot. Delivery takes place within 30 days of receiving the order.
You can track your shipment at any time via the link you receive by email when the order is shipped.

Warranty
All Silla products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers non-conformity defects with respect to the sales contract.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. The product must be returned intact, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs and, if applicable, the cost of collection by a qualified installer (maximum 20% of the sale price) may be deducted from the refund.

Prism Solar Twin Single-phase is Silla Industries' wallbox with two independent charging outlets, designed for those with two electric vehicles to charge on a single-phase system. One single charging station installed, half the electrical work, twice the convenience.
The power available on the single-phase meter is intelligently distributed between the two outlets dynamically. Balancing is automatic, in real time, and also takes overall consumption into account.
