Install Prism wherever you want, even away from a wall.
The Double-sided Support Pole is the solution for anyone who wants to install one or two Prism charging stations in an open space, with no wall available nearby. Made of steel, it’s custom-designed for Silla Industries’ Prism range and integrates perfectly with the wallbox’s design.
One or two charging stations, on the same structure. The pole supports up to two Prism units installed on opposite sides, making it the ideal choice for side-by-side double parking spaces, condominium garages, or company parking areas. Everything needed to mount the charging stations is included in the package.
Built-in cable riser. The pole includes a dedicated riser to support the charging cable and connector, keeping them tidy and out of harm’s way from impacts. A solution also designed with the aesthetics of the garage or parking area in mind.
Compatible with the entire Prism range, in all its variants.
Note: The pole is not supplied with anchors for fixing to the ground. The choice of anchors depends on the type of surface (concrete, asphalt, tiles) and is the installer’s responsibility.

FAQ
Is the pole suitable for all Prism models?
Yes. The pole is compatible with Prism Basic, Prism Solar Single-phase, and Prism Solar Three-phase. There’s no need for a different model depending on the wallbox variant.
Can I install just one wallbox on the pole, or do I have to install two?
You can install just one wallbox. The pole is designed to accommodate two, but it works perfectly with just one charging station on the front. The back side can be used later on if you add another Prism in the future.
The floor-fixing anchors aren’t included: which ones should I use?
The type of anchor depends on the floor material (reinforced concrete, plain concrete, asphalt, porphyry, etc.) and the thickness of the slab. It’s up to the installer to choose the appropriate anchors based on the specific situation. Heavy-duty expansion anchors or chemical anchors are commonly available and both are suited to this type of installation.
Do I need an electrician to mount the pole?
The mechanical installation of the pole (fixing it to the ground, mounting the wallbox) can be carried out by anyone comfortable with DIY. However, the electrical connection of the wallbox to the pole and to the system must be carried out by a qualified electrician, who will issue the Declaration of Conformity upon completion.
If I install two Prism Solar units on the double-sided pole, how do I connect both to the internet?

How to mount the support pole
Warning: The electrical connection of the wallbox must be carried out exclusively by a qualified electrician. The instructions below cover the mechanical part of the installation, which must also be carried out by a professional.
Step 1: Choose the location. Identify the installation point in the garage or parking area. Make sure it’s easily reachable by the wallbox cable and doesn’t obstruct vehicle or pedestrian passage.
Step 2: Fix the base to the ground. Position the pole at the chosen spot. Use the fixing base (200 × 250 mm) as a template to mark the anchor holes. Drill the surface with a grinder or a hammer drill fitted with a bit suited to the material. Insert the appropriate anchors (not included) and secure the base firmly.
Step 3: Mount the wallbox on the pole. Use the supplied screws to fix Prism to the pole. Route the power cable through the channel built into the pole before closing the compartment.
Step 4: If installing two wallboxes. Mount the second Prism on the opposite side of the pole using the additional screws supplied. Route the second power cable through the pole’s channel as well.
Step 5: Call the electrician. Once the mechanical structure is in place, the electrician completes the electrical connection, carries out the functional tests, and issues the Declaration of Conformity.

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. The product must be returned intact, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs and, if applicable, the cost of collection by a qualified installer (maximum 20% of the sale price) may be deducted from the refund.

Prism Basic incorporates all the essential functions for charging an electric car:
- 230V single-phase version, for charging powers up to 7.4kW (depending on the meter to which it is connected)
