Silla Industries RFID cards are the access cards for Prism Solar. When RFID mode is active on your wallbox, the car can only start charging after the user has tapped their card on the reader: a half-second gesture, no PIN, no app required.
For home use: assign a card to each family member with an electric car. No unwanted access to your wallbox from neighbors or strangers.
For professional use (HoReCa): hotels, restaurants, farm stays, offices. Distribute cards to guests or employees to give them temporary or permanent access to charging, with full traceability of every session.
Packs of 3 or 10 cards. The cards have a space for notes on the back: useful for writing the assignee’s name or room number.
Simple pairing. Each card must be paired with the wallbox (or the cluster). The procedure takes just a few minutes.

FAQ
Do the RFID cards also work with Prism Basic?
No. The standard Prism Basic model doesn’t have a built-in RFID reader. With the Smart Cover, Prism Basic becomes compatible with all Silla RFID cards.
How many cards can I pair with a single Prism Solar?
There’s no strict limit on the number of cards that can be paired with a single wallbox. Through the Silla Cloud portal you can manage a large number of users and cards, ideal for installations in professional or condominium settings.
If I lose a card, how do I block it?
Log in to the Silla Cloud portal and unpair the lost card. From that moment on, the card will no longer be able to start charging.
Can I also use RFID cards to charge customers for their charging sessions?

Are the cards compatible with other wallbox manufacturers?
No. Silla Industries RFID cards are designed to work exclusively with Silla’s Prism Solar products. They are not compatible with wallboxes from other manufacturers.
How to...
How to pair RFID cards with your Prism Solar
Step 1: Log in to Silla Cloud. Go to Silla Cloud from your browser or the Silla app and log in with your account.
Step 2: Select your Prism Solar. On the main screen, choose the charging station you want to pair the cards with.
Step 3: Go to the RFID / User management section. Look for “RFID” or “Users” in the menu of the selected wallbox.
Step 4: Add a new card. Click “Add card” and, when prompted, tap the card on Prism Solar’s reader. The system automatically reads the card’s unique code. Alternatively, you can enter the code manually if it’s printed on the card.
Step 5: Give the card a name. Assign a recognizable name to the card (e.g. “Mario Rossi”, “Room 12″, “Company Car”). This will help you identify charging sessions in the history.
Step 6: Save and test. Save the configuration. Tap the card on Prism Solar’s reader: the wallbox should respond with the light and sound confirmation signal and start charging (if a car is connected) or switch to authenticated standby.

How to use the card when charging
- Connect the car’s cable to Prism Solar.
- Tap the card or RFID keyfob on the reader area (marked on the front of the wallbox).
- At the light and sound signal, charging starts.
- To stop before completion: tap the card again.

Delivery
Shipping is always free throughout the national Italian territory for orders over €50.
Once your order is confirmed, the courier will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time slot. Delivery takes place within 30 days of receiving the order.

Warranty
All Silla products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers non-conformity defects with respect to the sales contract.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. The product must be returned intact, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs and, if applicable, the cost of collection by a qualified installer (maximum 20% of the sale price) may be deducted from the refund.
